The Swiss Center for Entrepreneurial Thinking and Acting (scETA) brings together personalities, activities and projects that promote the future competence ETA.
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are key competences for future leaders. They can be trained and consciously promoted. The Swiss Center for Entrepreneurial Thinking and Acting (scETA) contributes to anchoring these competencies in basic vocational training across Switzerland.
Learners and employees are confronted with challenges around entrepreneurial decisions every day. Regardless of whether they find themselves in the working world as employees or as future entrepreneurs. We would like to help strengthen the entrepreneurial skills necessary for this. We see this as an important contribution to Switzerland’s innovation-based economy.
We promote entrepreneurial thinking and acting among apprentices and employees.
All apprentices and as many people as possible in Switzerland are given the opportunity to acquire entrepreneurship competences. This enables them to proactively and sustainably shape the economy and society and to realize their ideas.
We provide effective pedagogical concepts and modern teaching/learning materials. We also provide structured training to enable teachers at vocational schools and other educational institutions to integrate and implement the pedagogical concepts.
